Responsibilities and Duties
Nurses provide coordinated skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their place of residence. Nurses will demonstrate accountability and responsibility in collaborating with the team (LVHS staff, patient/family, and referring agency) to establish and achieve patient goals and maintain high quality patient care. These services will be performed in accordance with physician’s orders and under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or RN License in Ohio)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One (1) year prior nursing experience – preferred
- Trach Care/Vent Experience –preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $20.50 per hour
