RN, Behavioral Health Practice Manager – Family Health/La Clinica – Friendship, WI

Family Health La Clinica, a growing non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center that provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health and recovery care, is expanding its Behavioral Health & Recovery services and seeking a talented, mission driven, RN Practice Manager, Behavioral Health. This new full time position will be an integral part of FHLC’s integrated Behavioral Health and Recovery services team by providing daily operational oversight of the Department at our Wautoma location as well as case management to high risk BH and Recovery patients. As the operational leader of a team based integrated program, the Practice Manager must be highly collaborative and have the ability to work effectively with others across service lines and disciplines.
