Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Bothell)

Bothell Orthodontics is seeking a highly-motivated salesperson to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. Our long-time treatment coordinator is planning to retire this spring, so we are fortunate to be fairly flexible and offer the position as part-time, full-time or part-time transitioning to full-time.

Orthodontic treatment can have a profound and positive impact on patients lives. A Treatment Coordinator is a key player in helping guide prospective patients through the process of orthodontic treatment. As such, Treatment Coordinators must be motivated individuals who learn and adapt quickly. They must have a proven capacity to overcome objections, must be competitive and results driven. Treatment Coordinators are responsible for all the sales activities throughout our organization and are key players in building and maintaining customer relationships. Suitable applicants must be extremely outgoing, talented conversationalists, highly charismatic and fantastic team players. Confidence and willingness to have conversations about sensitive topics, such as oral health and finances, is vital to success.

Responsibilities:

• Fully comprehend our products, services, offers, and key differentiators.

• Take photographs, x-rays and digital scans of new patient’s teeth.

• Present treatment plans, negotiate agreeable financing options, and execute sales contracts.

• Overcome objections by listening, observing, asking questions, and directing the conversation.

• Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Proactively work referrals and other warm leads to keep a full appointment schedule.

• Review sales performance and work to always better utilize time and improve sales.

• Help with answering phones, scheduling patients and calling insurance to verify benefits.

Job Requirements:

• Highly effective communication skills are a must

• Professional personal appearance is a must

• Attention to detail

• Comfortable with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

• No prior dental or health care experience is required, but is preferred

Compensation includes competitive hourly wage (DOE), monthly/semi-annual production goal bonus, health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays and much more.
