• Monday 5:30-9:00 (Needham office)
• Saturday 3:30-8:30 (Needham or Wellesley office)
• Sunday 3:30-8:30 (Wellesley office) or 5:30–8:30 (Needham office)
• Floater position: Additional hours available on a week-to-week basis when a therapist is out (and there are 16 of us, so that’s often!)
• Front desk hours may also be available for supplemental income
B In Touch Massage Therapy is a popular practice located in Needham & Wellesley, MA with a clientele diverse in its needs – athletes, people rehabbing from illness or injury, expectant mothers, students, elderly clients, etc.
As our clients are mostly “regulars”, we build relationships with them and maintain a friendly, professional, drama-free work environment with extremely competitive compensation as well as weekly incentive bonuses!
We are looking for a smart, energetic, outgoing Massage Therapist with great hands and a great personality; a team-player who is also independent and motivated. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and extremely responsible, as some of the shifts needed may sometimes require the therapist to work by themselves.
• Expertise in Deep Tissue massage is a must!
• Competency in any of the following a plus: Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Chair Massage, Reflexology, Pre-Natal Massage, Hot Stone, Thai Massage, Cupping, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Ashiatsu Bar Therapy, Kinesio Taping, Neuromuscular Therapy
• You must be licensed through the state of MA and carry your own liability insurance.
• You must be able to perform at least 4 hours of massage therapy same-day (with 15-30 minute breaks between clients).
• College degree and Board Certification preferred, but not required.
The current need is for a part-time therapist, but if full-time work is needed, hours can be made available in the future.
