HIRING: 1st Shift CNC Grinder – CAN START IMMEDIATELY!!
Shift: 1st, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr. – Based on experience.

Job Description:
- Responsible for setting up and tending grinding machines.
- Cutting inserts with materials such as PCD, PCBN, Carbide, and Ceramic.
- Follows instructions and charts during grinding procedure.
- Operate machine tools such as Cam grinders to produce parts.
- Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.
- Use manual and computer-controlled machinery.
- Modify programs in response to problems.
- Operate machine tools such as manual and CNC grinders to produce parts.
- Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job.
- Determine grinding speeds and feed rates, fixture and grinding wheel to be used.
- Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Must Have Grinding experience; cam grinding, manual grinders
- Electronic or written blueprints experience
- Understand feeds and speeds of grinding machinery
