The Aesthetic and Vein Center MD is seeking a part-time to full-time Registered Medical Assistant to join our busy aesthetic and vein practice. Applicants must be customer service oriented, organized, as well as have the ability to consistently maintain a positive, professional demeanor and to multi-task.
Responsibilities include:
– Rooming of patients and collection of patient data
– Preparing and maintaining supplies and equipment for treatment rooms, including sterilization
– Inputting medical record information into electronic charts
– Providing support to MD and Nurses during a variety of treatments /surgical procedures
Required skills:
– Strong work ethic
– Ability to multi-task
– Organized, detail-oriented
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Works well independently, as well as with others
– Willing to learn
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Registered Medical Assistant License
*Applicants must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
