Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor – Experience REQUIRED (Carlsbad)

The Carlsbad Beach Hotel Properties, LLC (Beach Terrace Inn and the Beach View Lodge Best Western Plus) in Carlsbad, California is now hiring an EXPERIENCED full-time Housekeeping Supervisor with a minimum of one-year hotel supervisory experience. Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotels, including rooms and public areas and carrying out guest requests in a service oriented and timely manner.

These are the full-time regular positions we’re now hiring for:

Guest Service Ace – $12.50/hr plus benefits
Job Overview: Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, fun environment at the pool, and providing exceptional service to guests. Must be physically able to climb flights of stairs several times a day.

House Person (Housekeeping) – $13.25/hr plus benefits plus a $500 Signing Bonus
Job Overview: House Person is responsible for assisting the Housekeepers with the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. Must be physically able to climb flights of stairs several times a day.

Room Attendants/Housekeepers (Housekeeping) – $13.00/hr plus benefits plus a $500 Signing Bonus
Job Overview: Room Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. Must be physically able to climb flights of stairs several times a day.

Hotel Senior Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance) – Job Overview: Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor safety systems and maintain the department in compliance with all company and franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the hotel’s mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical properties, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc. as defined by brand standards.
