We are a growing Senior Care company based in the beautiful rose garden area of San Jose, CA that offers its employees high pay at $15/hour, $320/month toward our medical benefits plan, and a management team that knows how to take care of their employees. The Company: Bellerose Senior Living is a newly remodeled 26 bed community in the beautiful rose garden area of San Jose and is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.
• Our culture policy is aimed at creating a workplace that is not riddled by the usual drama that ensues among care giving staff. We are not drama free, but we do strive to minimize pettiness and preserve respect and professionalism for our staff.
• We believe in aggressive friendlies! Care giving is our passion, but we know it’s hard work. When times are tough, we believe in smiles rather than frowns.
The Position: We’re looking for a Full Time Caregiver. The pay range we’re offering is $15 to $16.50 to start.
• We offer $325/month toward medical benefits
• We also offer on-the-job training and growth opportunities
Requirements:
• Friendliness

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with personal care
• Basic house keeping
• Basic food preparation and service
The Location: Bellerose Senior Living is based in sunny San Jose, CA near Valley Fair Mall. This is a great place to work because it offers easy access to and from all major freeways, is close to public transportation, and has many great lunch options!
