Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, train, and mentor team members of Behavior Technicians in implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) of assigned cases.
Assist in the design and execution of program goals, while monitoring and tracking progress of individualized programs for each assigned case via the on‐line portal.
Assist in updating, maintaining and generalization of goals of patients, along with the reassessment of skills as required by a BCBA.
Assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessment and updating the Behavior Intervention Plan monitored by a BCBA.
Assist BCBA in collecting, graphing, and analyzing data as well as updating progress reports of assigned cases.
Provide one‐to‐one ABA interventions with patients/families as required by a BCBA.
Facilitate and participate in community-based outings with patients when required.
Assist in parent training and implementation of parent goals with guidance from a BCBA.

Employment Requirements:
BA/BS or better, and either
1 year experience and 12 units in Behavior Analysis, or
2 years’ experience
Registration in coursework toward a BCaBA or BCBA within 180 days of hire
Reliable transportation
Ability to Stand, Sit, Squat, Bend, Twist and lift 50 lbs
RBT or BCAT certified or willing to obtain
