HCA stands for Home Care Aide and it is required for caregivers who work for a private home care company like ours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– must be able to pass a drug test
– must be able to pass a background check
– reliable transportation
– valid driver’s license
– car insurance
– negative TB test
– must be able to lift 50 pounds
– must be able to stand for several hours if client requires
– must be able to provide 3 professional references
