Team Lead, Facility Charge Entry (Bedford)

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Verify that Staff is accurately entering charges and diagnosis in hospital system
a. QA the staff monthly or according to client specific demand
b. Maintain client productivity logs daily
2. Manage resolution and entry of all edits/entry issues encountered in hospital databases
a. Utilize resources at hand and problem solving skills to resolve issues
b. Communicate edits and issues clearly and effectively internally and client facing
3. Speak to entry process and issues in internal or client facing meetings
4. Process Unbilled Reports
a. Verify entry of accounts that are showing unbilled from each hospital
5. Cross train staff to be available as a backup or extra coverage
a. Assist staff with questions or issues
6. Report any staff/production issues to Manager
7. Standardize and update when necessary data entry instructions and system documentation
8. Ensure client facing issues are handled timely and appropriately which may include working extra as needed
9. Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position
