US Medical Networks is looking for candidates ready to increase awareness and acceptance of our syndromic molecular pathogen testing device through increased physician education. The relationships you build with current and prospective physicians, the strategies you develop and implement, and the overall enthusiasm you bring to the table, will aid US Medical Networks. Our focus is to provide the right knowledge to best utilize our product offerings.
The Sales Representative will initiate one on one dialog with physicians and maintain positive relationships over the phone. The representative will communicate product education designed to increase physician awareness that will leverage US Medical Networks’ core competence in providing cutting edge molecular testing to our clinics.
Initiate relationships with clinical healthcare providers
Facilitate the medically necessary utilization of molecular diagnostic testing
Interface with the medical director and administration staff
Ensure the clinics understand the benefit of having our test available to their patients
Spot trends in the industry and our market and to communicate these trends to Department Manager
Be continually up to date on Company policies, procedure, and education material
Record key information and call reports into CRM
Follow up on customer calls when necessary
All other Duties as assigned
High School degree required (bachelor’s degree preferred)
Sales experience preferred but not required.
Superior project management skills
Outstanding facilitation skills and ability to manage business-related discussions
Exceptional communication skills
An understanding of workflow / protocol
Base salary with commission structure
