Personal supervision: providing constant companionship and one on one care, rounds every 30 minutes to monitor sleep
Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Basic food preparation: preparing meals according to residents diet plan
General health care: overseeing medication and prescriptions usage and administering medicine
Mobility assistance: help with getting in and out of a wheelchair, car or shower
Transportation: driving to and from activities, running errands, and help getting in and out of wheelchair-accessible vehicle
Home organization: help with organizing, packing and general house care and laundry
Health monitoring: following a care plan and noticing any changes in the individual’s health, recording and reporting any differences
Requirements:
-Valid DL
-Livescan Background Check Clearance
-CPR & First Aid Certification
