Experience 3 years (min) up to 25 years.
Territory of San Diego
Residential estimating skills required, commercial experience a plus.
Fast paced environment.
Organizational skills and excellent time management is critical.
Team player with people skills and great customer service.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Ability to assess damage to buildings from water, flood, fire, motor vehicle, wind, etc…
Discuss damages with homeowner/business owner.
Interact with insurance adjuster to define scope and amount of repairs.
Sell job to the customer.
Prepare job budget for superintendent.
Oversee job superintendent is managing the job correctly.
Prepare supplemental estimates.
Computer skills for estimating and CRM.
Software knowledge of Xactimate estimating system.
Marketing abilities for business development.
Maintenance marketing of existing insurance company clients.
Meet client timeline expectations.
