Fred Finch Wraparound Program is a full-service partnership (FSP) program serving children and youth from the Child Welfare Services & Probation systems. The program is designed to move children and adolescents to a biological home setting and out of a residential placement. The program uses wraparound principles with a variety of partners and collaborative efforts to accomplish this goal. The program successfully moves children to a lower level of care and has the goal of creating safety and sustainability for the families in the program. The program uses the Wraparound and Intensive Case Management model of providing services to youths and their families.

Position: Full-time ( 40 hours per week) Clinical Manager position at our San Diego – Chula Vista location. This position is exempt/salaried.

Job Responsibilities: The Clinical Manager is responsible to ensure high quality services and effective daily operations for assigned clinical team comprised of professional clinicians and youth and family partners. Duties include clinical supervision and oversight of all treatment planning and implementation, program and resource development and management, personnel management including hiring, evaluation, coaching and training. The Clinical Manager provides leadership congruent with agency policy, values and mission provides management reports as required, and leads significant program committees or functions as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • MA/MSW required, LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure experience required
  • Two years of supervisory/management experience in a clinical setting required; relevant leadership experience may be considered
  • At least one year of wraparound, community based, residential, day treatment or other milieu, experience required. Five preferred with at least one of the years in leadership role
