Assistant Center Manager – Warminster (Warminster, PA)

Full-time (35 hours/week), non-exempt position in our Warminster Medical Center.
Assists in overseeing the daily activities of reproductive healthcare medical centers. Orders clinical equipment and supplies to fill patient needs and meet financial concerns. Responsible for aiding with the efficient clinic flow and attainment of patient volume goals. Serves as a lead Medical Care Assistant in the centers.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide center leadership to foster positive attitudes and trust among staff in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the affiliate. Maintain continuity of center operations during absences of the center manager
Assist with hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating center staff in the provision of family planning, all FDA approved birth control methods, STD prevention and treatment, HIV testing, abortion, genetics, nutrition, sexual counseling, principles of health promotion maintenance
Assist with developing the medical center budget and monitor budget activity
Assist with staff scheduling to ensure efficient center operations
Assist with the inventory control including keeping records, stocking and ordering supplies, and assuring appropriate levels of materials.

Must possess excellent verbal communication skills, ability to relate to diverse communities, possesses a warm and caring manner. Interested candidates must possess a strong attention to detail. Availability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends, as required. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or one year management experience OR three years health care experience with progressive responsibility required. Basic computer (i.e., Windows, e-mail and keyboard) skills required.
