This position is for a Full-Time Primary Therapist for our residential program Milestones at Onsite.

The Therapist is responsible for providing both group and individual therapy for all participants on a recurring basis. This Therapist will work closely with the Clinical Director of Milestones, the Milestones medical team, and other therapists to ensure programs and therapeutic activities are viable, creative and effective while following the guidelines of the philosophies and values of Onsite and it’s modalities. The Therapist is responsible for all aspects of client care and therapy.

Qualifications:

-Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field
-5 Years minimum experience
-LPC or LCSW currently licensed in TN or other state and willing to obtain TN licensure
-Strong clinical skills in various modalities of treating survivors of trauma; EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and Experiential skills preferred
-Experience in residential treatment setting preferably with adult population
-Shows maturity, emotional groundedness, and leadership skills
-Computer and superior organization skills
-PR and client service skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Self-starter, highly self-motivated
-12 Step/recovery knowledge helpful
-Maintains high professional standards and has an attitude of excellent customer service
-Passion for helping others and nonjudgmental
-Strong commitment to the beliefs of the organization and the participants attending
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Excellent organization skills with the ability to perform duties under pressure prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a timely manner
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate poise, professionalism, and diplomacy
-Public speaking experience helpful
-Flexible and able to adapt to changes
-General knowledge off a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets
-Committed to organizational health with the ability to receive feedback and take direction, ask for help, and seek guidance when needed as well as maintain positive, healthy relationship with team members
-Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with clients, families, visitors, referents and other contacts.
