Integrated Community Services is hiring a part-time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing coordination to individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings in the north/northwest area of Houston (Spring/Tomball area). This position is similar to home-health nursing, with some duties and documentation specific to meet the unique requirements of HCS regulations. Our program provides a rewarding job experience for anyone interested in promoting the independence of people with disabilities. Duties include nursing assessment, delegation of tasks, training of direct care staff, and general nursing quality assurance. Strong communication and team-building skills are preferred. Computer skills are required.
â—¾Part-time: 10AM to 6PM, Saturday and Sunday, on site, with flexibility (on-call 7PM Friday through 7AM Monday), Salaried.
