Our team at Holistique Naturopathic Medical Center located in Bellevue WA, is looking for a very experienced, responsible, part time or full-time Medical Billing Specialist to join us. We are a fun, well-established and highly reputable busy Naturopathic clinic with multiple physicians who provide cutting-edge holistic patient care.
Some of the job responsibilities you can count on: Submit Medical Billing claims and code in a timely rock star manner. Create happy clients by pre-authorizing their visits. Credential our physicians and negotiate our contracts like a billing boss. Audit our daily invoices with pin-point precision. Empathize with our clients’ billing needs and requests by personally answering their questions with patience, grace and dignity. Ensure positive social reviews and comments through excellent patient interactions. Embody our core values of love, integrity, trust, compassion and kindness.
More To Know: You will have the opportunity to work from home, we will set you up with everything that you need! You will submit claims and retrieve patient records via our EHR. Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. You will talk about and bill for our services, so you will want to know what we do, why we do it and have a passion for it!
Some Things are Required: You must LOVE your profession. You must have a minimum of 1 year of medical billing and coding experience. Of course, ICD coding is a must and EMR/EHR experience is a plus but not required. You must be able to work independently and you must love helping people! We also need 2 personal references to tell us how amazing you are.
Our Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm yet the hours for this position are negotiable.
