As a Massage Therapist at The Red Door, you will deliver impeccable customer service while providing high-quality body massage treatment including salt glows, herbal wraps, hydrotherapy and other services, accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with established procedures. You will also have the pleasure of cultivating new guest relationships and ensuring retention of existing guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Improve and update skills through training programs
- Continually meets and/or exceed service and retail sales objectives.
- Appropriate training, experience, and certification (established for specific levels of the position)
- Valid and current state license, as required
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all body treatments and related application procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (English speaking) and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible, reliable, and available to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays
