ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customers’ questions about products prices availability and product uses
• Recommend products to customers based on customers’ needs and interests
• Contact regular and prospective customers to explain competitive advantage product features special campaigns and solicit return business.
• Present price quotes originating from management
• Consult with clients after sale or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories following leads from existing clients participating in organizations and clubs and attending trade shows and conferences
• Arrange and direct delivery of products and ancillary items
• Monitor product innovations and competitors’ products prices and sales
• Attend on-going product and certification skills training
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
