Mon – Fri, 1st shift variable
Position Description:
Provides school health services as directed by the School Registered Nurse Supervisor to the student population serviced. Assists and supports the School Registered Nurse Supervisor with special needs of students in the school setting, administers medication, provides first aid, performs documentation and student record keeping activities, and maintains correspondence with parents/guardians, school officials, and allied professionals.
Hours: Mon – Fri, 1st shift variable
ranges from 25-32 hours/wk
Salary: $16.61/hr
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the State of Ohio. Must be able to work as part of a team and interact with people in a professional, friendly, supportive manner at all time. Excellent customer service skills. Must have the ability to deal with a variety of situations and personalities. BLS certification required. Experience in school setting preferred.
Must have 1 year of prior LPN experience.
Position will Float to different School Districts
Must be willing to travel
Must have reliable transportation
