PSI – Occupational Therapist – Comprehensive Pharmacy Services – Point Pleasant, WV

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- FULL TIME
PLEASANT VALLEY HOSPITAL
POINT PLEASANT, WV

Hours: This position will work 40 hours per week.

You will be responsible for the evaluation, planning and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. You will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities. You will have the opportunity to work in inpatient, outpatient and school system settings.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an Occupational Therapist in West Virginia and Ohio
• Inpatient, outpatient and school experience preferred
