PACT Team Lead/MHP (Sign-On Bonus Available!) (Bellingham)

LWC is seeking a Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team Leader. PACT is an intensive treatment program providing an array of treatment, rehabilitation, support services, Evidence Based Practices, and a multidisciplinary team approach for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The PACT Team Leader establishes, administers, and directs the PACT program; supervises and evaluates the transdisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and providing courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients. The PACT Team Leader also functions as a practicing MHP clinician on the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Sciences and 3 years’ experience working with mentally ill adults. Mental Health Professional (MHP) status required. Good organizational skills; Good verbal, written communication skills, and computer skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; Ability to work cooperatively in a team approach; Ability to apply a Recovery based approach and to apply clinical knowledge; Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion; Visual and auditory skills required to communicate, to ensure and deliver client care, and to provide legal documentation of care; Requires frequent standing, bending at the knees and waist, kneeling and reaching; Requires frequent walking to accomplish tasks; Requires ability to lift 30 pounds. Acceptable driving record and ability to be covered by LWC insurance carrier. Employment contingent on successful background check.
