EUX Support Analyst

Title: Enhanced End User Experience Support Analyst

Overview:

Candidate must have client-facing experience and be comfortable working with a regularly-rotating variety of different client teams that are product owners of ~200 different client applications, each with their own specific business functions and technical architectures, in order to define requirements for Enhanced End User Experience (EUX) monitoring for each unique application. 

Candidate must be willing to do preliminary research (can be significant reading of online documentation) on applications prior to meeting with client teams so they can be informed and speak intelligently regarding the unique specifics of the applications and the business processes they support, prior to going into meetings with client teams. 

Candidate may need to work closely with Enterprise Dashboard visual artists and technical teams to define optimal displays for information gleamed from discussions with client application teams by way of writing user stories and completion criteria.  This is a full-time role.

Bachelors Degree in Quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering).

On-site (Government / Client Site): Dayton, OH or San Antonio, TX

Off-site (Contractor Site): contractor site or remote

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen

Clearance Required: Secret -required prior to start (NACLC/Tier 3)
