Desktop Support Analyst – SNI Technology
Chicago Loop
Contract

A client of ours in the Chicago Loop is looking to bring in a Desktop Support Analyst to assist with an ongoing project. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the re-imaging of 50+ PC and MAC laptops. Most of the laptops will be PC’s but about 25% of them will be MAC’s. We are looking for a candidate will minimal working experience to come in and learn how to re-image the laptops, test them to ensure the software and applications were installed correctly/running properly and then deploy them back out to the end users.

During slower periods of time the Desktop Support Analyst will also be asked to help organize the clients stock room and do some basic troubleshooting on the equipment in there to see what works, what needs to be replaced or what their stock levels are.
