Job Description

Our great Fortune 500 client has an immediate opening for Account Service Associate in Milwaukee, WI. Interested candidates should apply with updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]  

Seeking a candidate who can effectively problem solve and reach out to multiple business units. The candidate will need to sign into all systems and wait for calls to come in. Upon receiving calls, they will need to follow a script and document the case item. Once ending the call with customer or payee, the candidate will need to decide the next appropriate steps towards resolving the case. 

Resolving the case may involve contacting the business to confirm details, updating account information, documenting the service request, sending proof of payments, etc. Ideally cases will be resolved same day however, they can exceed that time frame. 

– 1-3 years of customer service experience
– Experience with inbound/outbound calls would be beneficial
– Experience with Microsoft Office products
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Attendance will be extremely important
– Problem solving capabilities

– 8:30-5:00 PM M-F
– Training will be 7:00-3:30 PM.

Training will last 2-3 weeks
