We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager for Blaze Pizza as well as other great positions with the opportunity to grow with a great company and concept!
This is a Fast Casual Restaurant concept! The Restaurant General Manager provides overall leadership and DIRECT supervision of 1 Blaze Pizza restaurants to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their unit. The Restaurant General Manager directly supervises 1-2 assistant managers, 3 or more Shift Managers. The Restaurant General Manager maintains ultimate responsibility for the performance of the assigned restaurant(s). The Restaurant General Manager accomplishes these objectives by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of Assistant Restaurant General Managers, Shift Managers and crew on a day-to-day basis. This person must possess the skills to hire, train and grow people from within to provide more opportunity within our company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Hire, train and develop all subordinates
Provide a culture where we are the employer of choice.
Hold team accountable to brand standards
Work our annual operating plan to profitability
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must have 2 or more years of general manager experience
Serve safe certified
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
