Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is the nation’s largest automotive data & and photo collection company, Internet marketer and inventory management tool provider. Our customers are automobile dealerships who rely on us to collect and distribute their inventory information across the Internet. During our visits to their locations we collect accurate inventory/vehicle option data and take high quality photographs of their vehicles. Dealer Specialties has the largest internet marketing network on the web today and services 8,000 automobile dealerships nationwide.
Our Account Reps are responsible for taking photos and/or videos at automotive dealerships (our customers) and transferring/uploading automotive information to our online platform using company provided cameras and laptops! They also print window stickers and place them on vehicles. You will work outside in all different types of weather – year round!

Position Responsibilities:
Travels to/from customer locations in the most cost effective and time efficient routes to service customer accounts or as assigned by Area Manager or District Manager.
Performs accurate input of automobile data in an efficient manner, takes photographs and/or videos (including “staging” as required); verifies correct window sticker design and format; and prepares (prints and applies as required) window stickers and buyer’s guides.
Capture all available cars at each dealership’s lot and/or meet the quota set by Manager.
Maintains the customer’s property in a well organized and professional manner and observe all of the customer’s policies and procedures.
Notifies Manager immediately with any problems that impact/hinder your job responsibilities.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to pass a background check/valid, clean driving license and able to drive a manual transmission.
- Work independently and adapt to outdoor condition.
- Basic computer and technical skills including emails, spreadsheets, use of smart phones, printers and digital cameras.
- Customer service oriented and following instructions.
