Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking a dynamic and talented Teacher Assistant to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.  The Teacher Assistant will provide assistance in organization of the self contained classroom and  assist the teacher with the student assigned to this room, in addition to managing the classroom to help maintain a safe, secure and effective learning environment by continuing to provide a high degree of structure, expectations and consistency when substituting in classrooms or tutoring individual students.

Education: High School Diploma and two years college or university

Experience: One (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in working with children in a classroom.
