CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current License and Registration to practice as a Nurse in NYS; Infection Control Certificate. PRI screen certification and SAMM assessment skills preferred.
Education and/or Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Nursing from a four-year college or university preferred
