Special Pals Shelter. is a contracting company that is looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant position to be filled. We are looking for high energy people motivated mentality that have some experience in Shelter, or are willing to learn about the industry. We are looking for talented individuals with strong communication skills. A strong ability to work with and relate to all types of customers and to earn their respect
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
As part of the Customer team, you will:
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
About You:
Previous call center experience
Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Ability to advance the vision of the department
Powerful work ethic and emotional intelligence
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
You have the ability to exercise your own judgment and discretion while working independently
