We are currently in search of an architectural Project Manager with a minimum of ten years of direct project management experience on municipal, state and/or federal architectural projects. This position will be based in our Jacksonville office working within our Design Studio. The ideal candidate would be highly organized with excellent communication skills and knows how to provide excellent client service, leading a multi-discipline design team and proactively managing scope, schedule and design fee. It is also preferred that the candidate have a broad base of experience with similar clients that we serve, such as State Agencies, Cities, Counties, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Federal Agencies, Healthcare and Commercial markets.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelors of Architecture degree and should be a licensed Professional Architect in the state of Florida. Top tier candidates will have tangible experience in project and client management. To excel in our culture and with our client base, quality candidates must also be team-oriented with proven successful people management skills. Florida market municipality and agency experience and relationships are a plus.
