And, we save them a ton of money in the process. Extremely helpful to practitioners who need to attract more new patients, or need help improving their ratings and online presence.

Medical and/or Healthcare sale experience is required for consideration. We’re looking for inside screening and closing agents (telesales), to screen out doctors and other health practitioners. Those who are skilled and will offer participation in an upcoming campaign in specific targeted markets, who are competitive, optimistic, and disciplined enough to work from home making outbound calls on our platform. Great current leads provided. You will be on the phone 5-6 hours a day talking to those in healthcare to be invited to participate in a targeted market publicity campaign.|

This job is not for everyone, it is a sales job, and you will be held accountable for your performance. We’re looking for people who thrive in healthcare communication, know how to get past, or work through, the gatekeeper, and have the fortitude each day to thrive and be successful in virtual telephone healthcare sales. You must be a driven medical sales professional, who is skilled in working with those in healthcare. _(The most vital skill is your ability to handle each call professionally, be able to properly stress the urgency of an upcoming publicity campaign only for practitioners and maintain a positive attitude!)

You must have a quiet, dedicated, location where you can make and receive telephone calls without being disturbed. There will be several weeks of comprehensive training to provide you with all the tools to be successful. You can earn great commissions and bonuses in December and you may continue commissioned or request to qualify for a guaranteed base pay with commissions and override starting as a full-time contracted or employee position in January.

Required Skills: This is a request for services from a 1099 independent contractor to work from their home to provide ad-hoc sales appointment setting services and other service items as may be requested in writing by Doctor’s PRx part to full time.


  • Inside sales experience
  • High call volume sales experience (not mandatory but a definite plus!)
  • The contractor provides computer, internet connection, quiet office for calling activity, unlimited outbound quality phone line with a headset.
  • We provide callback 800 # and access to great current and high-profile healthcare leads.
  • Service contract contingent upon satisfactory completion of background checks.
  • Coachable (if you’re the type of person who thinks your way is always better, this will not be a fit for you)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficient (quickly navigate screens, leads, functions while sending and verifying receipt of important emails.)
  • Well-versed in the 3-way calling process for closer assistance as needed. (Especially important during training)
  • Fast learner – Strong vocabulary
  • Confident – A large portion (or all) of your income will be a commission
  • The first week of contract – 1-2 days of online training
  • Participation in weekly one-hour sales training and review meeting via phone if scheduled and requested.

REFERENCE REQUIREMENT: A final step in our hiring process is for candidates to arrange personal reference calls with former supervisors and others we may choose. We will be expecting good appraisal during our reference checks concluding the hiring process.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
