- Experience presenting initiatives in large group settings

- Ability to manage and nurture inbound leads
- Negotiating skills to obtain optimal pricing on Marketing related products
- Ability to manage B2B social media posts and interactions
- Experience managing brand standards across multiple platforms
- Ability to manage Pay Per Click advertising (PPC)
- Ability to manage company sponsorships and memberships
- Experience with environmental sign design
- Tradeshow management experience
- Experience with print production
- Experience in website design and UI
- Graphic Design ability
- Photography and video proficiency
This position will be at our Executive Office in Petersburg, VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update digital media with timely content
- Perform search engine optimization techniques
- Write clear and persuasive copy for websites, brochures, ads, and other means of advertising
- Conduct market research
- General office, administrative and manager tasks
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Implementation of comprehensive, marketing plans and new customer on-boarding
- Organize/analyze customer data and track marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 + years of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and apply good problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
