NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for Intake Coordinators. NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH) is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. The Intake Coordinator plans, directs, and evaluates potential patients through a referral system, in accordance with established policy and philosophy. Works with Outreach Managers to assess the needs of patients in accordance with the Pre- Screening Evaluation Form and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized patients. Education: Graduate of a nursing program
License: LPN License in the state of Indiana
