Job Description

USAePay is looking to hire a Full-Time customer support representative in the city of Glendale. Applicant does not need previous experience in customer support. 

We are seeking a candidate responsible for answering inquiries of our customers over the phone and/or e-mail. The representative must ensure the satisfaction of the customer while enhancing the reputation of the company.

Skills and qualifications needed, but not limited to, include;

        • Maintain call center database
        • Keeps equipment operational by reporting malfunctions
        • Updates job knowledge and security by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company
        • Must be customer focused
        • Excellent listening, verbal communication and telephone skills
        • Tech Savvy – Knowledgable with Cellular phones and tablets
        • Excellent people skills
        • Excellent Multi-tasking and Problem solving traits
        • Must have the ability to resolve merchant’s problems by clarifying issues over the phone while researching and exploring answers, alternative solutions and implementing solutions.
