Director of Clinic Operations – Trinity Clinic Admin

Description This position is responsible for the effective operational management of the unit.
This includes monitoring clinical effectiveness based on knowledge of best practice, and adheres to regulations set by regulatory agencies.
Work interdepartmentally to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
The Director of Operations is a leadership position the providers operational oversight, synergy and strategic growth plans for the regional clinics.
This position works in collaboration with Clinic Leadership, Hospital Product Line Administrators, and medical Staff to maximize service delivery and quality of care.
Strategically, this position assesses community need and identifies opportunities to increase services and volume.
Enterprise accountability is assumed for meeting organizational performance goals, financial metrics, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, healthcare administration or related field.
Will consider extensive (15+ years) related health care experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of management in health care environment.
