As Center Director, you would manage the operation of the facility, ensuring the highest quality care is provided to its members. Your responsibilities would involve overseeing and directing the activities of all departments, performing marketing initiatives, and managing expenditures within an established budget. Responsibilities
-Oversees all functions and services of the center, including strategic planning and development, marketing initiatives, personnel management, administrative decision making, fiscal responsibility and transportation services.
-Troubleshoots and resolves employee, member and family relations issues.
-Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures and applicable regulatory authorities, and prepares paperwork as required.
-Participates on all facility committees, and ensures planning and quality care is provided to members.
-Provides continuing staff development programs and services.
-Coordinates flow of facility services including administrative, payroll and clerical functions, billing, clinical and programming functions.
-Oversees marketing and community development activities, and participates in meetings, seminars and public forum.
-Purchases supplies, food, and equipment, and manages center expenditures within an established budget.
-Ensures overall financial performance of the facility, meeting or exceeding attendance and admission goals.
-Responsible for completing daily census and maintaining accurate attendance records.
-Serves as privacy officer, as required by HIPPA regulations, for the facility.

Qualifications
-Licensed Nursing Home Director, Registered Nurse, Certified Social Worker or CTRS; Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience, and additional requirements as mandated by state-specific regulatory guidelines.
-Minimum of three-years (or full-time equivalent) supervisory/administrative experience in a healthcare setting, and additional requirements as mandated by state-specific regulatory guidelines.
-Working knowledge of, and experienced in, the care of the seniors and adults with special needs.
-Strong leadership, communication, and engaging interpersonal skills.
-Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook.
-Successful results of pre-employment background check, and where applicable, additional state-specific regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:
-Licensed Nursing Home Director; Registered Nurse, Certified Social Worker; or have a BS degree in healthcare-related field approved by a State Department of Education.
-Must be a qualified health professional experienced in the care of the elderly and disabled, and knowledgeable regarding their physical, social and medical health needs.
-At least three years of full-time equivalent supervisory/administrative experience in a licensed health care facility.

Physical Demands:
-Walking, standing, sitting up to 2 hours at a time.
