Looking for P/T weekday morning personal health aid (approximately 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.) for active 48 yr old prior service Marine adult male quad w/ spinal cord injury.
Raised two beautiful daughters as a single parent from a wheelchair so am not your ‘A’ typical quadriplegic, haha.
Duties include errands, light housekeeping, laundry, some meal prep. Need partial assistance in transfers to and from bed & shower. Help with bowel care every other day. Range of motion & dressing. Cleaning of day/night catheter bags and organizing medication once a month.
Private residence near Lakewood Town Center, must be dependable and extremely reliable. English speaking and current licensed driver.
Both men and women acceptable… and of course all honorably discharged Veterans. I have a dog & a cat so obviously can’t be allergic or afraid of animals.
Great part time job for college student or a parent looking to get back into the workforce and/or medical field. Experience not necessary, but a plus. $12.00 hr start. The position needs to be filled immediately, will train prior to.
