OCCUPATIONAL THER ASST (COTA)- FULL TIME

Implements Occupational Therapy services/treatments for patients under the supervision of an OTR/L in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.  He/she assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.  Maintains appropriate documentation.

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required. 

• Eligible for or holds current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure to practice in State of Oklahoma required.

• BLS required. 

• First Aid certification preferred.

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in inpatient rehab or acute hospital preferred.  New graduates may be considered.

• Must successfully complete the Pre-employment Assessment.

• Basic computer skills required.
