Job Description:
Position is responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act. Position performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and certification.
Experience:
None Required-but preferred
License/Certification:
Current C N A license in the State of Nevada and current BCLS Certification are required.
Other:
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
