This stable company in Vincennes, IN is a tier 1 supplier to Toyota(TMMI) in Princeton. They complete stamping and robotic welding functions for TMMI. Their main products consist of vehicle frame components. CLIMATE CONTROLLED environment. Very comfortable for a welding/stamping facility.
Gold Shift/Nights: Schedule mimics that of Toyota. Therefore, when TMMI works OT Futaba will as well. Same goes for shutdowns, etc. Shift schedule is 7:00PM-4:00AM. They are working quite a bit of OT in Futaba’s maintenance department due to being shorthanded on all maintenance crews. Candidates should be open and wiling to work 55+ hours/week regularly until they get fully staffed again.
Pay: $18/hr-$21/hr starting out, with higher pay and advancement very attainable. Benefits are VERY competitive. As good, if not better, than any company benefits in this area
Responsibilities: *Service support for all plant related equipment.
*Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical problems on equipment and tooling related issues.
*Performing preventive maintenance service on plant equipment.
*Provide assistance to Engineering on new projects.
*Supporting and assisting on Kaizen projects.
*Preserve and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
