Job Summary

This position will be working on-site at a large financial services management corporation. You will be responsible for scanning documents, entering data and researching any issues.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working on the operations team: coordinates time-sensitive data entry of financial reports, and tax documents
  • Coordinates communications between internal and external sources to obtain data and resolve issues
  • Typing and 10 key data entry
  • Use of Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheet

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 1 year of similar or related experience in data entry or electronic content management

Requirements

  • Typing 40 WPM or higher preferred
  • Prior experience performing 10 key data entry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, and web preferred
