Adult ACT Team Coverage Need in Coastal Southern California
Details/Requirements:
*Need starts January 2, 2019 and is ongoing for 40 hours a week
*ACT team coverage for adult patients with serious mental illness
*You will be doing approximately 80% community work/work in the field and only 20% on site at the clinic.
*On average, you will see 6 to 8 patients in an 8-hour day in a wraparound service that has a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, nurses, psych techs, case workers, substance use specialists, and housing specialists.
*Primarily medication management. Initial evaluations are rare.
*Patients seen in the field are seen in their homes.
*Will generally see patients alone when in the field.
*Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday.
*No call.
*Client has an electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer literate.
*Takes about one week for credentialing.
*Client prefers 3-6 month minimum assignments, but the longer the assignment the better.
